“Everything was wonderful except you are paying a resort fee and renting chairs and umbrellas for a so called “private beach” that is the furthest from private. People just walk on bringing their own big umbrellas (blocking the sun) their own chairs not having to pay a resort fee. It’s really not private so if that’s what you’re looking for definitely go elsewhere. Staff was great, Gracie’s the Italian restaurant is unbelievable not to mention we had the best waiter Parker! “My wife is confined to a wheelchair, I booked and got an accessible room. That said, when in the shower the bench was too far back to use the normal shower so she used the hand held one. The only problem then was that the water went under the shower curtain and wet the rest of the bathroom floor and the body wash and shampoo was the out of reach, so I had to put some in my hand and transferred over to her. Only little things, but to a disabled person it’s a lot. Please rectify urgently.”
