One thing that felt a little unusual as tourists was being placed very close to the permanent residents in the park, which made the atmosphere feel less like a holiday campground at times. “Easy contactless check-in, with room details & door code provided ahead of arrival. Handy location, close to everything. Room was very clean, but obviously dated due to building age. Happy not to get Room #4.”

“The staff is fantastic, the lady in charge at the moment of my check in was really lovely and kind. There was a problem in the room I was going to stay and she let me know showed me the options, and I could stay in another room for the night. I felt welcomed and calm with the solution she offered.”

“The hotel looked newer in the pics online than in reality but it was comfortable and close to everything we needed. The shower needed a good scrub though. There wasn’t any bench space in the bathroom so my toiletries had to sit on the floor in their bag. Breakfast was great and convenient although we weren’t told how to access this on check in so ate out in the first morning. “Amazing shower - like standing under a hot waterfall after months of rain! Great beds & absolutely incredible view. Only small bug bear was the WiFi - we weren't able to stream a program, it just kept freezing or spinning. Not a biggie, we ended up hot spotting from our phones. Overall would highly recommend, great location, lovely staff & a really enjoyable visit.”
