“Warning to anyone with a service animal, know your rights under the Americans with disabilities act. I was told I have to let them know I have a service dog BEFORE arriving.(THAT IS FALSE! ) She told me I must have a certification card that shows my service dog is trained and registered. (THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE!) The Americans with disabilities act says that a hotel\motel can NOT ask for ANY certification of any kind. She told me they put people with service animals in specific rooms that...

“Good hotel. Room was clean and large. The kitchen had a microwave, mini fridge and sink. No utensils or plates provided, just some paper cups for coffee. No dishsoap. Shampoo had a strong mint additive that burned the skin. The breakfast was a bit poor. Just prepackaged muffins or bagels with egg. Not even toast or cereal. Coffee was good.”

“The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...
