“I don't like that I had to pay for parking when I paid to stay at the hotel. Super crappy. I could understand paying for days that I'm not there, like if I'm flying out, but not while I'm there. Also, the shuttle service sucked. They didn't even show up on my return flight. I waited 45 minutes before I finally caught the Americinn shuttle, as it was across the street from Spark . Really unprofessional. Won't stay here again.”
