Hotel a Sherman

“The front desk person was not helpful and didn’t say a word to us. It was 1am but some acknowledgement would’ve been nice. The beds were fine, the pillows were really thick. Bathroom was nice. Continental breakfast options were an apple, Orange or bagel. If you wanted something else you had to pay for it. It was attached to the airport which was nice.”

“Check in was fast, reception was accommodating with our special needs. We really appreciate the breakfast - lots of options and very clean space.”

“The breakfast was not anything to write home about, for their claim to having a good breakfast. We called ahead of time to confirm when we could check in, and we were told to come now and they had rooms available, low and behold we had to wait 30 minutes for a room. Wasnt all that impressed.”

“This property was terrible. Bed sheets had stains. Bathroom was disgusting. Stains on the wall, chair, and curtains. Smelled musty. Pillows were lumps the size of a throw pillow. We could not stay there. The sign said newly remodeled. The only new thing I seen in this property were the vending machines in the lobby. The pictures on this website have to be AI enhanced. The property was nowhere near the quality depicted. We couldn't get out of there fast enough! I had to contact Expedia today...

“There was nothing to like about this property. I would take it off your listing. Dirty inside and out. There was no staff. I think we were the only guests on a Saturday night. That should tell you everything you need to know about this disgusting place. No amenities. There was a TV but no cable service so you couldn't watch anything. No bar of soap. Not even a cup to drink from. No ice. No amenities whatsoever. The place was disgusting and I like camping. I would rather camp and sleep on the...

“Great location. Easy parking options. Walkable to almost anything you want to do! Contemporary interior. Beds and showers are great!”

“Reasonably priced, micro and frig. Comfortable bed, lots of tv channels. Plenty of close to room parking walkable dinner type restaurant with tasty food. No real amenities. bathroom had no shelf for supplies or trash can. Seemed like some guests lived there. Easy drive to Falls Park and downtown. Very easy access to highway. Great base if not spending much time at the hotel. Staff was friendly but minimal. ”
