“At first, I was very impressed with this hotel, but then I got to my room, and about 30 minutes later, a roach was crawling on the wall. You would think, after spending over 300 on a room, that would be the least of your problems. I decided I wanted to take a bath, and the stopper would work. I was very disappointed in this hotel.”

“I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. “My boyfriend and I spontaneously decided to take a trip to HHI and needed a place to stay for a night. When looking for places I just wanted to stay somewhere that had a bed, a shower, and a toilet. This place popped up! After we checked in, the lady at the front desk offered us three options: a free room upgrade, an extra night for free, or 24/7 check out time.
