“From the minute we checked in to check out was wonderful! The General Manager (wish I got his name) was excellent and handled our check in with a smile. Provided us with all important information on the room and hotel. I had requested a ground floor room and the room was perfect. Room was comfortable, clean provided everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was great and lots of choices. The young lady kept everything clean and well stocked. We will be back. ”

“We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“The staff and room were fabulous. We were greeted by Nancy and she was so sweet and delightful. The facility and amenities were more than we expected. We were offered a bottle of water or a glass of champagne and then given a tour before being taken to our room. She asked what brought us to them and we said we were celebrating my husbands birthday and our anniversary. Later in the evening Nancy arrived with a complimentary champagne and a beautiful note wishing us well. It really was unexpected...

“This location has three bedroom villas and was ideal for a family visit. This resort has fewer pools and facilities than other Marriott resorts on HHI and not as walkable. Beaches are great.”

“Loved the property and the location was great. Loved that they had van transportation. The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing. ”
