“Our favorite stop by far. The kids adored the place and the owners, it’s like staying with loving grandparents. A very traditional, authentic Japanese household with natural hot springs, and traditional bath robes provided. “Camere pulite, spaziose, moderne e belle. Questo Rykona, tranne la modalità delle stanze, era un albergo. Infatti l’accoglienza era media, abbiamo dovuto discutere per farci anche fare una sola modifica al menù fisso, in quanto non mangiamo la carne. “Exceptional service and facility. A bit outside of Hakone but a great location for folks who need to stay away from the city and people. The small town/ Sengokuhara is also great - a ton of museums and good restaurants. All walking distance. ”

“昨年から2度目の滞在。価格とお部屋やお料理、サービスのバランスもよく、外国人観光客からの人気も高まる中で、日本人観光客にとっても価格に見合った、もしくはそれ以上の安らぎの時間を提供していただきました。お料理は日によって選べるすき焼きとしゃぶしゃぶの夕飯と、和食と洋食から選べる朝食付き。ベランダには露天風呂がついている和室で、大きめのベッド２つがついており、部屋だけでものんびり滞在しやすい仕様になっています。ホテルが提供する旅館としての強みをフルに発揮されており、和洋折衷のバランス感覚が随所に光っていると思います。大浴場など一部年季の入った設備もありますが、手入れの行き届いた施設です。何よりスタッフの方々の感じがよく、男性スタッフも柔らかい対応の方も多く、長く働かれている女性スタッフの方もいることで、安心感と信頼性が高まっています。また、機会を見て再訪したいと思います。”

“Gorgeous! So serene and feels rural even though its steps from the cable car stop. The room was really large, and of course the main attraction is the private on-porch onsen. I made the most of the hot spring, and I couldn’t get over the view from the dining room! “Everything about this stay was perfect. From the moment we were picked up at Gora station until the moment we were dropped off the service was exceptional and every smallest detail was considered. The food was superb, the venue was gorgeous and the room and private Onsen were out of this world. We couldn't have asked for a better time and hope that we get the opportunity to stay again in the future.”
