“Staff was great, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was bagels, cereal, muffins, and a single waffle maker. Cranberry, apple, and orange juices. Elevator doors looked like they were being prepped for painting. AC worked well in our rooms.”

I have stayed at this location several times in the past and I have never spoken with her for any reason because I’ve never had issues or...
