“Planned a staying for 5 days, did not have any hot water for duration of stay manager called maintenance. He informed us that we have to run the hot water for 30-45 minutes before it will get hot. Beds are hard and second floor ameels like sewage. Front desk said that it was probably the ice machine again. ”

“It was clean but extremely basic. No blow dryer, no iron, ”

“The fires in courtyard create a lot of smoke in the room. Very uncomfortable! Also the showerhead in #113 is very uncomfortable. Likes pins sticking you. Needs adjustment. ”

“The staff was amazing. Especially Marjorie. She was sooo helpful. I’m usually a Marriott girl, but I will definitely be staying at more Hampton Inns in the future if they are all like this!”

“This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.”

“The breakfast was made fresh especially the omelets. ”

“Definitely an older property with upgrades that tried to make it look better. Shower head had a lot of hard water on it, pillows were very flat, carpet was pieced together with freying and no padding in areas, parking was a little difficult the first night because a big bus and a semi were taking up a ton of parking spaces. Staff seemed pleasant sometimes hard to understand because English was not first language.”

“Lovely hotel in a walkable area. The best breakfast buffet with clean eating area. Staff answered all questions politely and the lunch we purchased from front desk was good. ”

“2nd time here. Always so convenient to the venue. Rooms are always clean. Keep it up!! Staff is not always nice but still worth staying. ”

“The bathroom smelled like the inside of a city sewer. Apparently they have a drainage issue with the main line out of the hotel so the smell of sewage comes from the shower, sink and toilet. Other than this horrible problem the place is great. ”
