“Sound from room upstairs and outside traffic was quite disruptive to sleep”

“Plumbing unpredictable. Without a toilet for 9 hours of the 12 we were there. Just a warning for anyone who is looking for an unaggravated means of relaxation. Management takes no accountability in a so-called bully type of demeanor. Where the customer is always right, their portion is I just can't take your word for it. Very strong odor of air freshener gave an indication upon check in that their trying to comceal a particular fonk. The room was nice in size and would have been comfortable but...

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good breakfast.”

“The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. ”

“Every morning had a great selection breakfast buffet. Staff was very polite and attentive. My room was in great shape and incredible water pressure for the shower. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.”

“The hotel was nice but there was no restaurant and the breakfast options were very limited. Gym OK but some equipment out of order. Staff were kind and very helpful.”

“Overall good. Most things have been updated. The windows need heavy CLR treatment or replacement to remove all the calcium and lime deposits that make them look foggy. The pool area needs some updates and touch ups. The hot tub was luke warm on one day, but perfect temperature the next day. Breakfast could use better fruit and bananas. Probably would stay there again. ”

“King suite was large with 2 separate rooms, clean, and comfortable. Valet staff were wonderful and quick getting your car.”

“Office personal was friendly, was able to check in an hour early, that was the only thing that was nice at the “Travel Inn”. Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. Toilet paper holder was crooked and was barely on the wall being held up with clear silicon, towel holder that was above the toilet was missing from the wall with the...
