“All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful. Everything was nice & clean. The hot shower was super nice. Kids enjoyed the pool area & the waffles for breakfast. It was quiet at night. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. About 25 mins from the Chattanooga aquarium. We will definitely stay again when in the area.”

The bed was so comfortable and the huge bathroom was a welcome treat and even the shower was top notch! We loved the atmosphere of a 1930s theme, Great Gatsby and Al Capone gave everything a rich elegant feel! “We arrived late to the hotel on the final night of vacation and after just over an hour or so, learned that our son had passed away at home. We quickly got our things together and prepared to leave. The clerk was the first person we saw after receiving terrible news and they were very compassionate and kind in our pain and sorrow. I will never forget that.”

“Make sure your room doesn't face the interstate, you won't get a wink of sleep, constant traffic noise and the sound of semis downshifting on the exit ramp. The cleanliness could improve, there was an odd smell in the room and the hallways, the bathroom wasnt up to my standards but I'm a clean freak so don't take my comment to seriously if you aren't the type of person that scrubs the grout on your floors with a toothbrush.
