“The room was great for our needs, very spacious with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. I was holidaying with my teenage granddaughter and the twin beds gave us plenty of room. It was about a 10 minute walk to the harbour (anout 30 minutes to walk back, it's a very steep hill! Dont believe google maps that says mostly flat!) There is a bus stop outside the hotel but we didn't use it. However, on our last evenung we had a taxi and it was £4.50.”

“The room was filthy. You could see no hoovering was done and they had cleaned the floors with dirty water. My shoes sticked to the floor!! There were cobwebs everywhere. In the sink, so tiny you couldn't even wash your hands, there was a hair and also it was blocked up. The receptionist kindly did her best to give it a clean again after I complained. I went to buy some antibacterial wet wipes to clean at least the bathroom. We wanted to leave, but they told us they couldn't refund us because...
