Hotel vicino a Sky Glider East - Des Moines

“NO HOT TUB. DIRTY. Pictures are from many years ago. Pool room looks abandoned. Very sketchy parking lot.”

“I would highly NOT recommend staying here at this property. Management is terrible and won’t call us back. Room was at 75 degrees the entire night and management couldn’t fix it. Breakfast was out and never refilled. DO NOT STAY at this property. ”

“Our 2 day stay here was rough. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub, which was out of use due to chemical problems. While I know this happens, I had called the day prior to our stay (as I was making the reservation) and the staff lied to me, saying that it was open. (We later learned it had been closed for over a week already.) The pool room was very cold, as was the water. No water fun for a stay that was literally scheduled for water fun. We had a suite (door between 2 sleeping spaces)...

“Bathroom door squeaked horribly because door had previously been broken. Hinges were bent and reinstalled poorly. One of the light switches worked but was broken. Bed was fantastic. Parking nice but pricey. Liked that you needed card to come and go. Breakfast was very nice also.”

“Rooms were clean, but air conditioner was real noisy in first room. Maggie the desk clerk was very gracious and changed our room. The new room was very good. Beds are comfortable, we were not able to have breakfast as the shuttle picked us up before breakfast was open. Parking was easy and staff were friendly and accommodating.”

“The room as advertised indicated it slept 5. This is false. With the way the photos looked, it appeared the room had a twin sleeper. The room fit 5, but we had to get an air mattress to make it work. The air mattress deflated in the middle of the night. So, if you have 5 people, be prepared to sleep on the floor. Otherwise, property is nice and clean.”
