I got there and there were no luggage carts in existence (I don’t believe they were just being used, I left at 6 am and there were none then either). The room itself was ok, but the vinyl flooring needed to be mopped, my feet got dirty from walking around barefoot. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom and no hair dryer either (although I was able to get one from the front desk). Bed sucked, it was hard and lumpy. The morning I was...

“Reserved a one bedroom suite as part of a gift for daughter's birthday. Ended up butted up against elevator listening to it roar past 2 feet behind our heads. Oh and air conditioning didnt work in the bedroom. So those sleeping on couch froze while those in bedroom swelter”
