Hotel vicino a Copper Creek Golf Course - Des Moines

“Room had Ants, heat wouldn't stop running, shower drain Very slow so stood in water. Breakfast was good. Hot tub has 1 working jet. Pool ok. ”

“Room was immaculately clean. Check in staff was great. Only issue is these hotels have to stop it with these doorless showers, are you trying to get someone to slip on the floor and bring a lawsuit?!”

“This hotel was very clean. The initial staff at check-in was very polite. The staff changed at 11 PM was very rude. Breakfast didn’t start till 7 AM and most of the guest staying with us had to be leaving at that time. Nice place to say but rude late shift staff. Not staying here again.”

On check-in, Parker explained our parking options (rapidly, with an obvious intent to suggest we pay for the $20/daily unlimited in-and-out hotel parking; with a statement that he didn't know the cost of parking on the street (it's $1.25/hour from 9 am to 9 pm; free overnight) and that the ramp across the way was $10/day with no in and out. That made it sound as if we would pay $10 each time we pulled out of that ramp, which is not...

“A front receptionist was repeatedly rude to the customers she managed over the phone. She was argumentative and denigrated her customers on the phone….including me. She argued with how I made my reservation - a phone call to Hilton reservations- she stated was made through a third party. That sort of rudeness required a re-think of her people-facing role. She became frustrated, her voices was raised, argumentative and simply rude. Never should she have access to customers. ”
