“Were very happy with our stay. Our room was very clean. The beds and bedding were wonderful. Check-in was quick and easy. Did not eat the breakfast so no comment. Would definately stay again.”

I got there and there were no luggage carts in existence (I don’t believe they were just being used, I left at 6 am and there were none then either). The room itself was ok, but the vinyl flooring needed to be mopped, my feet got dirty from walking around barefoot. “Upon check-in, I discovered human waste in the toilet of my first assigned room, #311. When I reported this, the staff member on duty was visibly rude. After being moved to room #208, the same individual became argumentative regarding the room type and ultimately slammed the door on me. Due to the significant health concerns, I felt unsafe and checked out immediately.”

Breakfast on Saturday morning seemed like it was left over from the previous day. Pictures made it seem super clean but I think next time we would spend extra money to stay somewhere else.”
