“Lady at check in was very rude on Friday until the manager came out to help check others in. She completely changed the way she was speaking to me and my daughter and was suddenly helpful.”

“Check in was handled well, clerk was friendly and gave my dog a treat. Breakfast was very good, hotel seemed new and area was happening, with an outlet mall across the street and nice restaurants within walking distance. ”

“Room was dirty. Brown marks on wall near toilet, greasy slimy marks on door and peephole. Frozen refrigerator. Wall had weird drop marks. AC didn't work. Orange stains on comforter. Shower flooded the room. Stairs and exit door kept me awake until 2am. Pool was closed because they over chlorinated and got people sick (according to recent review)”

“The pictures make it seem way better than it actually is. The lobby was dirty and boxes piled everywhere and the coffee station was gross. In the room there was cigarette burns on the comforter and the towels were gross. I wouldn’t waste your time staying here. ”

“I had to kill three bugs during my stay. The toilet didn’t work. A large group of kids ran around all night banging on doors and nothing was done about it.”

“It was a nice room but My room was not properly cleaned and I paid for two queen beds and they gave me two full beds, Also I couldn't figure out why my room smelt like a litter box and found a corona bottle under my bed but I still don't know if that's why the room smelled. Customer service was wonderful I can at least say and the hotel was very quiet and clean in and around common areas of the hotel and outside. ”

“The property was very clean and modern decor. Breakfast was always fresh and had a good variety of food. The staff was extraordinary cordial amd friendly. Shout out to Lauren and Cameron! Great location to restaurants and things to do in Des Moines and surrounding area. Room rates were very affordable given all the amenities. Highly recommend!”
