“Staff was great! Especially the front desk! We had a problem with other guests stomping above us for two nights in a row. They were prompt to help with the situation. Forgot a few things, toothbrush one of our family members cut themselves. Front desk was quick to help with Band-AIDS and replace the toothbrush. We do a fair amount of traveling, the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Clean, nice staff check-in on you, good breakfast. Parking lot is quirky but no problem.”

“Breakfast was good, had a variety and area was clean. Beds were comfortable. Not well maintained property, holes in walls, rusty nails staining the shower, shower was tiny, bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival…..wouldn’t recommend.”

“No body wash in shower, shower head mostly plugged so water did not flow smoothly, air conditioning control panel did not work, ha to manually change settings at unit. Breakfast was very good.”

“Only one TV remote worked for both rooms. Batteries were good it just didn't work. The door handle to the bedroom was about to fall off but everything else was just fine. We had 6 people and only 3 towels so that was a pain but manageable. Clean, A/C worked well. No sheets for the fold out sofa but we went and asked for them also. Nothing bad to ruin a vacation.”

“This was the third time we stayed at the Sonesta. We enjoy staying there because it’s a convenient location and they have full kitchens for cooking.”

“Great value but room not clean. The floor was not vacuumed. Desk staff covering desk and Starbucks cafe at same time. Guests had to wait due to short staffing.”

“Property security is good and the food across all the restaurants was decent. If you go, the 99 Hops House has great deals on drinks. Our stay across three rooms was mediocre at best. The beds were just okay. In one room, the bathroom wasn't clean and literally had Zyn pouches stuck to the shower ceiling. Service was entirely dependent on the day. Day one was great, but the next two days we had a very unhelpful woman at the front desk who made it a hassle just to fix our deactivated room...

“The rooms were not cleaned. One room had crumbs in the bed and another room had broken glass on the floor. The staff was helpful in cleaning up the rooms once told about the situation. The hotel has an awful odor from the front door to the room. The smell almost reminded me of curry powder. If I go to the area again I'll stay at the other hotels in the area as they are much nicer.”

“The room only had decaf coffee and nobody could seem to find any regular coffee. Feeding me decaf is a cruel thing. The staff were on this and were helpful other than not being able to find it. The pool was down and I didn’t know about this beforehand. The staff at the front desk did offer a solution to use the pool in the neighboring hotel which was owned by the same entity. The bathroom in the room with the king size bed sounded like a freight train, the walls were badly in need of...
