“The wallpaper was peeling off of the wall and there was a red stain on the carpet close to the beds. ”

“Pool was out for maintence. My room was extremely humid. Bed was clean but the chair and shower were not cleaned properly. Crumbs in the chair and hair in the shower. Staff was very kind and breakfast was yummy.”
