“Seriously the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but people need to know what we experienced. We booked two rooms for one night—one for my wife and me, and another for a friend. When we checked in, the first room had urine in the toilet and clearly had not been cleaned. The second room had a strong smell of marijuana. We decided to keep the room that smelled like weed because we didn’t want to be a nuisance and already had to switch one...

“The staff was very helpful. Since the only hot breakfast options were oatmeal or making your own waffles, I skipped the breakfast and stopped at the McDonald's a short distance away. The carpet in my room was deep cleaned earlier in the day and was still pretty damp when I was getting ready for bed. The room looked like it was cleaned, but I think the process was interrupted. The bed wasn't as well made as they normally are and there was some toilet paper in the toilet (thankfully nothing else...

“The room was cooled as I came, that's good. The light in the room was good. The linens were just fake-made by the room cleaner. That's a no-go. But the woman at the counter was helpful, gave me fresh linen and I have put them on the bed by myself. In such a case, if there is support and a solution by the desk-manager, that's not so bad as it sounds. Some quality control needed here.”
