“This is a great place if you are hiding from the mob or the Feds or the irate father of your pregnant girlfriend. Amenities were basic: hot water, clean towels, reused shampoo containers, Internet which wasn't working. The office says "open" but to reach someone a visitor has to activate a Ring camera doorbell so that someone comes out to greet you & sign you in once you arrive. “There are plenty of places to eat all around this establishment. Like a city within a city. Lots of variety. Property is well maintained and the amenities met expectations. The free breakfast saves you a great deal of money especially if you’re traveling with family. Great overall experience.”

“When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!”
