“When I purchased the room it had different pictures of the studio. It never said that the red couch in the living room was sofá couch and that's where you would sleep. It said it had one bedroom , and it still does , there is no bedroom . The bed was a pull out bed from the couch . When I got to the room , there was no sofá couch. I messaged the owner and they said it was an error from Expedia. Ihave pictures to show as proof of what I booked. They charged me about 400 dollars a night which is...

“Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you.”

“The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...

“The location is amazing and the hotel beautifully appointed”

“Wir waren um 15:00 Uhr vor Ort und wollten einchecken. Das wurde uns verweigert ob wollten wir schriftlich angefragt hatten das wir früher Anreise (Wetterbedingungen/Motorrad) Also standen wir 1 Stunden vor der Verschlossen Tür. Ansonsten waren die Gastgeber sehr nett und Hilfsbereit.”

“The room was a disaster; worn down bed, bathroom dirty, mold in the shower, etc … The girl at the reception was friendly and took the time to explain the neighborhood. But else the stay was not worth its money. The pictures on hotels.com are from a few years ago and do not show the current state of the room(s). Try to avoid this place if possible.”

“The property was great. We had beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Breakfast by Alfredo was delicious and he also serve as our valet and helped with our luggage to our car down the stairs. I did not realize how many stairs there were to get to the building. The only thing I disliked was the faucet in the bathroom. It made a mess. It was unique but made it difficult to wash face and brush teeth. Overall it was beautiful. Suzanna was fantastic.”

“Le foto pubblicate su Hotels.com non rispondono alla realtà delle stanze, dalla foto pubblicata sul sito sembra una stanza Basic di un albergo in realtà la stanza aveva due letti a castello con il lavabo nella stanza mentre la doccia è il WC erano in una micro stanzetta talmente picca che il porta rotolo della carta igienica era attaccato alla porta per mancanza di spazio. Nel complesso una sistemazione dignitosa. ”
