“Ani and Syed were wonderful hosts. Very communicative and responsive. The home was clean and well appointed. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. I really appreciated the kitchen cabinets being labeled. I didn’t have to open every single cabinet to find something. We stayed here for our last night before heading home and it was perfect. Good laundry facilities, plenty of space to stretch out, super fast WiFi, very comfy beds, and off street parking. Thanks again, Syed and Ani!”

“This house was perfect for attending a big event at Eden Park! It took about 10 minutes to get there in a pre-booked Uber. After the event, thousands of people caused massive queues for public transport, so we hopped on Lime e-scooters—it took around 21 minutes to get back to the house, and it was fun!The beds were very comfortable, and the house was surprisingly quiet despite some traffic on Richardson Road. “The check-in was contact list. It was a very easy check-in. We received an email with door code and that was it. It was a lovely property. It is located in a gray area. There is shopping real close by and on the corner. There was a nice little tea and coffee shop. Location was great. Everything worked nicely. The kitchen was nice to cook in. The beds were extremely comfortable . I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this accommodation.”

“Leroy was very accomodating and quick to reply when we were asking for an early check-in. The house was immaculately clean and styled in such a chic and homely way. It was stocked with everything you could ask for and was spotless. Even more spacious and beautiful than in the photos. The record player was even playing on arrival and was such a welcoming and thoughtful touch. One of the best stays we've ever had.”

"Arrivo a Auckland alle 5 del mattino ho chiesto il giorno prima via mail se era possibile avere un early check in ma niente mi è stato risposto solo dopo le 2 pm Aspetto così 8 ore davanti alla reception Per poi darmi una lettera di benvenuto con la scritta che l hotel è disponibile per un early check in Ok ma se ti danno questa possibilità dopo che hai fatto check in che servizio è? All interno 2 drink in omaggio che visto l attesa eterna di 8 ore avrebbero potuto chiedermi prima se volevo qualcosa da bere La camera è minuscola Per fortuna la ragazza alla reception è splendida almeno guardavo lei"

"Was a very experience, hotel was modern and nice. Staff very welcoming and gently. Roomy nice and quiet. Very good experience also at the restaurant for dinner. Shuttle always half an hour, fast and reliable. You can't ask more if you need to stay close to the airport. "
