“Our experience was horrible. Bathroom was disgusting and even found a used bandage in the bed sheets. When brought to hotel’s attention, nothing was done. We even had Expedia get involved and still nothing has been resolved or even attempted.”

“We had a wonderful experience at this property. A lovely older home with loads of charm. Located in the town’s historic district, it was easy to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The owner provided clear and easy to understand instructions. It had everything we needed and would happily stay here again.”

“An historical building that has been transformed into a beautiful, well-appointed hotel. I suggest getting a suite when you stay, it is well worth it. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious, and the staff's suggestions for where to dine, parking, and places to see were all worth it.”

“Totally understand that they are under construction and things are big time awry. Parking lot and parking spaces where a hassle and temporary security lights that were in the parking lot were lit during the day and not lit at night which made the security of my self and vehicle a little worrisome at night. Inside of the premises were perfect and every aspect of that were also great.”

“The hotel is definitely older and showing it’s age, but it’s clean and maintained. This was available for our sleeping needs, so it was fit for purpose. We won’t ever have a need to return to Danville.”

“The view is beautiful. Bed and pillows not very comfortable and there was an overwhelming smell of either a cleaner or room freshener that was not pleasant ”

“Very nice room, loved the heated floors! The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not for us, no fluff. We were upgraded to a king suit which was fantastic, when we got to the room it was on the corner of a very busy intersection, however we didn’t hear any traffic whatsoever. We would recommend and will like stay again on our next visit.”

“Room was disgusting! Toilet was dirty and surfaces overall unclean upon checkin. I had to wipe and disinfect prior to being comfortable enough to stay in the room. The hotel was allegedly sold out so there were no other rooms. Front desk ladies are nice but it is not nearly worth the amount charged. I would like a refund. ”
