“Hotel distante dal centro. E' necessario un pullman per raggiungerlo , ma a 10 minuti a piedi dal Parlamento. Struttura ben arredata ma che lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda pulizia; abbiamo dovuto chiamare housekeeping per togliere la polvere nella stanza sopra i quadri e sopra le lampadine delle abat-jour dove c'era uno strato di polvere che non veniva tolto forse da mesi, l'abbiamo fatto notare alla reception. “Located in a very quiet locality. Property is super clean. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Nice happy hour experience. Stayed just for a night but had a good sleep. Very spacious room and a super comfortable bed. Loved the coffee machine in the room. Would definitely stay there again n recommend to friends. A good value for money ”

“Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.”

“Staff were very nice and helpful. We noticed that no one was picking up the trays from room service. Room was dated with lots of scratches on the furniture. Shower flooded ever time we used it. Most disappointing thing was they change their guest $25 a day to park at the hotel ”

“Excellent 1 bedroom unit with views of the lake and local dining precinct. Onsite parking was a bonus. Local dining options were great along with Old Depot Markets and Glassworks. Unit had everything and more that you need for a a week long stay. Would recommend and will stay there again.”

“The property was well positioned and clean however we booked for three adult and was only suitable for two people only - third "bed" was an unusable pull out coach I could not even stretch my legs on”

“Customer service was amazing - Althoigh obtaining keys way a little like The Great Race they instructions were very thorough and very clear thank you for you meticulous effort and care. Perfect AC well equipped with all the necessities - highly recommend it.”
