“Hotel was great. Location is excellent! Overall, very clean and truly gracious hospitality team. The one negative was the noise from the street was really loud. I recommend you check that when booking. I was so exhausted, I didn’t think to ask after my flight was cancelled. The bed was comfortable and I still slept hard despite the noise.”

“My loft was not at the main location had to drive a couple miles away in random area beside industrial park behind police station. Room smelled like smoke and had no toiletries or hangers. Host responded to address on check-in but not thereafter to simple requests for toilet paper, also not provided. Place was tired and dusty. ”

“Front desk was always so helpful and friendly! The hotel has a courtesy van to drive you around downtown Columbia. And the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!”

“Three staff ignored the waiting line for check-in while one kiosk was tied up with resolving a guest issue. There was no body wash or shampoo in the bathroom dispensers. The toilet made a horrible groaning noise every flush. Hardly deserves the name Hilton.”
