“L'insonorizzazione da migliorare. Eravamo nella camera 7022 e si sentivano troppo i rumori della strada ( non degli aerei). Colazione sufficiente per essere un HI Express, bravi a farla dalle 6:00 AM, ma troppe cose un po' insapori. Comunque un buon rapporto qualità prezzo se si prenota con degli sconti.”

“Nice stay and clean room. Staff were excellent. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of the city lights at night. Most friendliest and knowledgeable staff at the towel counter. He’s superb. Forgot his name but it was night when we went. Convenient walk to Newport world mall and a lot of dining options. Just the restroom blind needs some updating”

“It is an OK hotel if you have the spend the night close to the airport, but that's just about it.
The hotel offers a "free shuttle service" from the airport, which is kind of a joke. I had to wait almost one hour to get a ride when i arrived and on the return trip to the airport, the day after, the driver asked "vividly" for a tip. If you use Grab it is a 150 pesos ride (a little bit more than 2 euros), which i strongly suggest. It is gonna be faster, more efficient and hassle free.

“An excellent hotel.
No complaints overall.
The nearby fair does get noisy at night until about midnight from our room.
But I’m sure not all rooms have that issue.
Being near the Mall of Asia and the connected smaller mall gave lots of dining options.
The staff were attentive though there were a lot of them all the time.
The daily snacks offered were good.
We will definitely consider staying again.”
