“L'hotel è in una posizione ottima per visitare Manhattan. La zona è tranquilla, ma nell'hotel il via vai è molto elevato in alcuni momenti. La camera ha tutto quello che serve, ma per 4 persone gli spazi sono un po ridotti e non consentono ad esempio di poter utilizzare comodamente il tavolo per mangiare. Non c'è un armadio. Pulizia accettabile. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la restituzione della cauzione (che viene richiesta in contanti), poi risolti, ma le indicazioni non sono chiare e...

“Location can't be beat-it was close to many desired activities. Apartment was small, hot water took a long while to get warm, only provided 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 3 people (5 night stay), 1 partial roll of toilet paper provided, floor in bathroom had cracked tiles with small pieces missing and a/c unit stopped working on second day. Maintenance was prompt to fix the a/c but host never responded to requests for more toilet paper and towels. We did get more toilet paper and 2 towels from...

“The beds were comfy. The sink would not drain so we had to use the bath faucet instead. Four towels were provided, another couple would have been nice. The location was wonderful and highlight of our stay. We will be back, thank you NYC!”

“It was a great location and very clean. There were quite a few things that were broken though. The sleeper sofa's both needed to be fixed since the legs were broken and they were wobbly. The main shade in the place was broken, so it did not roll down. Thankfully it was not sunny super early in the morning since it goes right into the living space where the kids were sleeping. ”
