“Shower didnt work, no hot water in bath or shower, fridge was leaking and not working. Comforter was dirty.”

“I did not like the fact of no having hand soap and bodywash dispensers in the bathroom. We were two adults and two kids. We just had two little soap bars. Also, we just had two big towers and four little ones, and when we asked for two more towers they gave more little towers instead.”
