“Beautifully designed hotel with very generously sized rooms, and fantastic amenities. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, however bar staff were rude. Really love the hotel, but soundproofing between rooms is terrible - had to change rooms because of noise, but both rooms had the same noise problem.”

“I’m a regular at Middle Park. It’s sited in my favourite part of Melbourne and parking is a breeze. The rooms are well designed and fairly quiet. All hotels start to slide at some point. Things start to break, things get damaged, people take their eye off the ball. I feel like the first signs of this are starting to appear. A poorly functioning showerhead; a door that won’t properly close; dust and dirt in those hard-to-reach areas of the room, a paint chip here, a scratched cupboard there....

“Lovely hotel and a very enjoyable stay. The location of Crowne Plaza Melbourne is excellent, with easy access to the riverfront, restaurants, public transport, and key Melbourne attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well presented, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and efficient service. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again.”
