“L'hotel si chiama MGM Signature ma in tutte le comunicazioni che ho ricevuto il nome era Jet Luxury Resorts @ The Signature Condo Hotel, il che ha generato grande confusione con il tassista che mi ci ha portato. Per non dire del fatto che non mi hanno pulito la stanza per tre giorni... da quanto ho capito l'hotel ha dato in gestione esterna alcune stanze e ciò genera grande confusione per chi ci sta.... ad ogni modo, esperienza pessima. ”

“I felt like the walk from the front entrance was quite the distance and you could only catch ride shares from the front entrance. Discovered this the hard way. This particular room had to be close to the pool and club area as you could hear the music late at night.”

“I am writing to express my concern and profound dissatisfaction regarding a situation during my recent stay at Las Vegas I made an error in my reservation originally booking the room through Tuesday 28th instead of Wednesday 29th morning. At 3:30 PM on Tuesday, housekeeping was cleaning the room, and all our luggage and staff had been removed. It should have been evident that the room had not been intentionally vacated.
