“Hello, I wanted to share some concerns about my recent stay and request your help in reviewing whether a partial refund might be appropriate. When I checked in, I asked if it would be possible to place my room on the same floor as another family member staying at the hotel. I was told that because my reservation was booked through Expedia and listed as a private room, the hotel was unable to make any adjustments and that I would need to contact the host through the booking platform if I needed...

“You may want to buy toilet paper. 2.5 rolls for 1 week for 4 people? Not good. The hide-a-bed mattress was horrible, so I bought an air mattress. Not enough extra blankets for the hide-a-bed. The master bed was definitely firm. The rest was good. Very quiet and the blackout curtains were great. Big kitchen, a keurig and a coffee maker. ”

“Clean spacious. The Jacuzzi tub is amazing. Access to the restaurant downstairs is also great.”

“L'hotel si chiama MGM Signature ma in tutte le comunicazioni che ho ricevuto il nome era Jet Luxury Resorts @ The Signature Condo Hotel, il che ha generato grande confusione con il tassista che mi ci ha portato. Per non dire del fatto che non mi hanno pulito la stanza per tre giorni... da quanto ho capito l'hotel ha dato in gestione esterna alcune stanze e ciò genera grande confusione per chi ci sta.... ad ogni modo, esperienza pessima. ”

“The location was fantastic. Easy walking distance to all the attractions we planned to visit. The valet parking was super convenient and saved us a lot of time. Great value for the money and excellent in all respects. ”

“This was the absolute perfect place to stay for our family. We had two very large nice rooms that were connected together, which gave us tons of space to spread out for our larger family. It was conveniently located and we used the monorail inside the MGM to get around. The view from the balcony was great and our kids loved it. The bathroom was quite spacious and plenty of room for several of us to get ready at the same time. The price was better than anything else we would have found in...
