“We would definitely stay there again. I just wished they would have cleaned our room. We stayed 3 nights and they would come to “clean” as we were getting ready for dinner. Both times we just exchanged towels. We left the room by 9am every morning. Salty Rim, Landshark, coffee place and umbrella rental were all amazing!”

“When we got there the room was clean but the beds were awful, made but all the sheets wrinkled and unkept. They had a humid smell to them and I thought at first it was just me but no, throughout the spreads there was a strong humid smell including the pillows. This early morning I woke up with my face on the pillow and all I could smell was humidity. We usually stay at this hotel but seems as if housekeeping is not doing a good job. Very unhappy this time around :(”

“There roches in the bathroom and shower. The room is not worh the 480 dls that we paid for it. It was very small and no wifi. It looks like a 100dl motel 6 8 room. Won't come back ever”

“We didn't realize you had to pay $10 per day for parking, so that was an unexpected fee. Otherwise, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The pool in the middle was great but packed with people every night. The walls were super thin so being downstairs, we heard EVERYTHING! We were grateful for the location being right on the island (2-5 min from beach) and so close to everything was very ideal.”

“The TV was not working when we checked in. The maintenence man got it to work but said we had to keep it on. The stopper in the shower was not attached. The toilet sometimes would spurt out water/urine.”

“There was sand on the floor. The tub was rusted. The shower gel dispenser was empty, and they brought some small tubes. I would have thought when the room was cleaned the toiletries would have been provided. We asked for hangers, and both the person who brought the hangers and the soap were polite and efficient. The breakfast consisted of only waffles (pre-made), boiled eggs, cold biscuits and gravy (?). There is no elevator, and I currently on crutches. Fortunately, we were able to get a...
