About this Space
Saida Towers is the most resort-like condo property on South Padre Island –
instead of having to book hotel get a full kitchen, living room & separate
bedrooms with all the resort amenities!
*Secure entrance, off street fenced parking for 2 vehicles + security 24/7 onsite
*3 pools, 1 heated plus 3 outside Texas-sized Jacuzzis
*Tennis & pickleball courts
*Private complex entrance to the beach with outdoor showers
*Plenty of sun loungers as well as exterior green space to toss a football
*Seasonally open bar poolside. Two beachfront pools are bring your own beverage just no glass, while the Olympic sized pool in front of tower III is where bar is and you cannot BYOB at that pool is all
All condos here have fully equipped kitchens with open concept to living room.
Tower 4 is coveted as closer to the beach than other some other towers. Unit
108 is a ground floor – while it lacks a beach view, you can still view the
pools and enjoy your walk-out patio.
One of the best features of being ground floor is something you might not have
considered – no busy elevators nor wait – with kids, so nice & easy to venture
to the beach. Walk straight out of condo to your private patio right off
living room that includes a LP gas BBQ grill that is hard to find at Saida
(just bring LP propane tank) simply superb for great family hang outs &
fajitas.
The kitchen & living room is very spacious with 2 spacious couches, a SMART TV
& of course we have high speed WIFI / internet for a bit of work or screen
time after a long day at the beach.
The bedding consists of a king bed in the master with en suite bathroom & Flat
screen TV
The guest bedroom has two double sized beds. We do provide a supplemental
airbed for kids or extra sleeping space just bring bedding if you plan on
using (same with couches)
While we do allow up to 8 guests there is only suitable sleeping space for 8
if you use the airbed.
This condo is pet-friendly (fee does apply) yet professionally cleaned after
each stay using our comprehensive cleaning regime our in housekeepers follow
for those with allergies you will not notice. This condo is all tile floors as
well
Saida is so very walkable to dozens of fantastic restaurants like #1 Yummies
for organic breakfasts & lunches as well as specialty coffees & mimosas, to
Kohnami Japanese both hibachi & sushi. For quick eats there is Russo’s Italian
with great inexpensive foods & wines, Johnny Rockets for burger baskets, &
Tropical Smoothie Café. There is a Feldmans Liquor right in front of this
complex as well. Nightlife enjoy the Quarterdeck next door with live music &
dancing, or walk to Longboards Bar & Grill, Louies Backyard, Tequila Sunsets,
Driftwood Landing, or BOBs just blocks away.
We believe firmly Saida Towers will provide you with the best possible family
experience that exists on the beach on South Padre Island.
The kitchen is fully equipped ready to go. I have a blender, all utensils,
etc. 4 bar stools are also brand new.
We do provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener + decaf + tea - as well as a
starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, 1 roll of
paper towels new and starters of toilet paper, non stick cooking spray as well
as Salt & Pepper - though not unlimited and not replenished. All towels and
linens are also provided - crisp white.
We do own South Padre Trips the best property management company on the
Island, and this is one of my personal units and I tried to install every
possible thing a family could want to the best of my ability to make this a
great place to enjoy the beach.

1.) Saida is so great as you can walk to dozens of bars and restaurants
2.) Saida is fantastic as for kiddos - it has a "semi closed" eco system. IE
you cannot access this property is you are not staying here - security is
super tight so your family will feel very safe. There are so many kids and
families here for your kids to meet and play with too
Don't forget - beach gear (I don't provide as so messy)
Or rent 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach for $45 cash per day - bring cash
and no need to reserve in advance the vendor is right in front of saida on teh
beach.
The snack bar/grill/ bar is not open common hours it is real hit or miss. It
is an outside vendor so please be aware of this. The 2 beachfront pools you
can BYBO anyway just no glass is allowed poolside nor on the beach ($750
ticket on the beach).
While we do have a gas grill, we do not provide LP Gas - bring a tank if you
want to use please
I do allow up to 2 pets but please revert to reading the house rules if you
plan on bringing :) Be kind. We do count infants as guests, be mindful we
allow a maximum of 8 beating hearts as we consider infants people FYI. You may
not have more than 8 here.

Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or
older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to
booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes
with additional requirements.
Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached
photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre
Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign
prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide
your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID to age verify as 25
years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless
you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
City of South Padre Short Term Rental License available upon request.
IMPORTANT - read all house rules prior to booking as there are a few things we
have to take care of prior to check in.

While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up
Saida Towers is located at 406 Padre Blvd, on the south end of the Island.
Walk to dozens of bars and restaurants. Has the best security on the Island,
and you get parking permits for two cars. off the street behind the gates.
