“Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and linens absolutely spotless. Great location with easy access to dining, shops and bars. “The room in which we stayed had windows across the entire span of the suite. It was a beautiful view. We took advantage of the weight room but wished it had a pool. The parking ramp was quite inconvenient as it was up steps and across the street through an alley.
The hotel does have a loading zone if you wish to use it prior to parking the car.”

“We decided to stay here for a couple nights for the Duluth Airshow as it was nearby. It was wonderful. Staff was attentive and respectful. The room was clean and ac was working well. The beds were comfy and two types of pillows were offered (firm and soft). The only con is that the walls were a bit thin and could easily here people above us stomping around. If you're sensitive to sound. Would reccomend bringing earplugs to use for sleeping.

“I always enjoy staying here. It’s friendly, down to earth , budget priced, and yet had all the amenities of a big corporate chain. Excellent restaurant, Duluth Grill, my favorite, is right next door. The hotel is well situated in the heart of Duluth, but not downtown, making access and parking a breeze.
My only negative this time was that cigarette smoke kept coming into my non smoking room. It got so bad I had to stuff towels under the doorway. Not sure where the smoke was coming from but...
