“The room was clean, but had a weird smell. The air conditioning was wonderful and kept up with the humid heat outside. We enjoyed that we could park our car right outside our room. We also appreciated there being more than one entrance into the building so we didn't have to walk all the way around from the front, to our room.”

“The staff was friendly and that was about the only positive thing. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay. And stinky water was coming up through the drains in the pool area. Would not recommend this property.”

“The price of the hotel was ridiculous. Over 300$. I was expecting a really nice place. Don't get me wrong. It was clean and modern. We had two rooms and both had pieces of the bathroom that were falling off. And had to fix a toilet and one of the toilet seats was really loose and pinched skin. The beds were very comfy! The breakfast was the bomb....So so good. The staff was amazing and very accommodating and super friendly. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the price. Way way to over priced....

“We like the location and your rooms, but there are some continued issues to bring to your attention. On all 3 stays, we've had problems with the tv remote. On all 3 visits...it's been the volume control...it doesn't work. It just stays locked into one level and the volume cannot be turned up or down. It's usually too loud to keep on. This time, we called the front desk and they brought us a new remote, but that remote wasn't any better. Same issue...couldn't turn the volume down or up. ...

“This was a charming hotel. The location was a little interesting, and there is no back door clearly labeled that is adjacent to the parking lot (which is in the back), so we had to walk around the block to get there. It was not bad because my husband was with me, but I would have been nervous if I had been alone. There IS a door straight to the parking lot in the back--but you just can't tell what it is or where it goes until you're inside the hotel. The hotel was clean and nice, and full of...

“They don't tell you that the hotels under construction on website except for some very fine print at the bottom. We went there for my daughter's birthday and everything like the water slide and hot tub were all shut down. The construction workers were on every level the doors were all propped open so there was no security. The construction workers worked until 10:00 p.m. on a weeknight. They had no coordination as far as shutting down one floor at a time. The whole place look like it was being...

“Wonderful place! Loved my room! So quaint and a cute balcony. Very comfortable bed where I slept like a baby. Comfortable stuffed chairs, cute small tables for eating, drinking and playing cards. Each room has their own bathroom! Some with jacuzzis, clawed bathtubs, showers etc. this is definitely an advantage to have your own bathroom. I will go again and stay longer than 3 days!coffee and pastries are a delight in the AM. I also went on a helicopter ride! What an amazing experience!”
