“Staff was amazing”

“Great stay would certainly come back again.”

“When we arrived, we were given a room that was already occupied. This was very concerning and uncomfortable. Fortunately, the other guest was clothed and understanding. Glitches happen, but didn't start things off well. We also had booked an accessible room and the (new) room was not. The TV in our (new) room had five circles burned into it. Still usable, but not awesome nor a sign of good care. The bedding was stained, but seemed clean. Pool was fine and warm. They advertise breakfast, but the...

“What a great stay! Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Temp was great in the room. Nice to have real glasses in the room. We could hear kids and doors closing in the hallway in the morning but couldn’t hear freeway at night. Location was perfect because of easy access to freeway. Check in was great! … even tho she wasn’t a Dodger fan. lol. Amy, was so helpful in the morning. She made perfect coffees. Great food in their “market”. The only negative was that our body wash was out in the shower....

“Stay here if you want to hear intimate moments of your neighbors waking you through the night. I'm not a prude. The walls and doors are paper thin. Dirty entry to building.Dirty halls, Dirty room. Moldy shower. Yellow gunk, hair and God knows what else thriving behind the bathroom door. The elevator cried with every move, beat up, wallpaper ripped, chunks of paint knocked off the sad walls. The whole place smelled like dog pee. This needs torn down or shut down and sanitized and rebuilt. Gross.”

“Room smelled. Holes in the carpet. Holes in the TV console. Broken counter. Not worth. I just needed a place to crash for the night. Was too tired to go elsewhere. Do not recommend. Was not that cheap to deserve this.”

“It's old and pretty run down. Bare bones furnishings in the room. No coffee maker. Soap and shampoo dispensers in shower were empty. They did provide one (1) small bar of soap. Breakfast? Juice dispenser was out of order. No fruit. Dry cereal and mini donuts. For some reason I thought the name Wyndham meant the property would be better maintained. I was wrong.”

“I knew we were in trouble when I saw the carpet in the hallway. In the room the floor was sticky. Every step in the room we could hear our shoes peeling off of the floor. The shower was dirty. I had to wear crocs in there. The baseboards were filthy. There were streaks of varying colors on the walls. It had a heavy, sour/sweet weird smoky smell. We asked if we could move rooms but we couldn’t until the next day. I will say the towels were clean and plentiful. The female staff were friendly and...

“Pulling into the motel the roof looked a mess and when my husband went in to register the lobby smelled awful and the chairs were torn and dirty. We contacted Expedia and they called the manager who refused to let them can the reservation. The room was ok, nice bed and tv. Bathroom needed work/repairs.”
