“We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast area clean and the food was not your typical free breakfast-lots of variety and different menu each day (we stayed 2 days). Definitely will stay here again when back in the area. ”

“Our rooms were great! Breakfast is very good and your morning coffee is great! The room was quiet and nice. Staffed by friendly people. There's a nice patio area off the Breakfast room that we enjoyed visiting with our family and friends. There is a pool but we never investigated it. ”

“My husband left a shirt hanging in the closet. The staff called me within 2 hours of check-out telling me about the item. It was kept for me and I had a family member pick it up the next day. Not all hotels would do that. I really appreciated their extra efforts to connect me with the lost item. I will remember that next time I need to make over-night arrangements.”

“Very friendly staff. Every time we would see someone, they always greeted us. The place was clean and quite. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very modern. Love the shower! Only 2 pillows and they were very uncomfortable, lol, but the service and facility made up for that 10 times over. Would absolutely recommend!”

"Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper."

"I had an amazing experience in Chicago. The hotel is in a very central location and you can basically walk to every major spot in town. The staff is super kind and helpful. A guy, Arturo his name, has been the most kind person I could ask for. The structure is old, yes, not recently refurbished, but clean and affordable. I strongly recommend it!"
