It had a certain odor to it when walking in and when I got to my room that was labelled non-smoking it smelled as if someone had just been in there while smoking. I asked to get moved which reception did but the second room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Was not an issue for me particularly but could be for others. “This was one of the literal WORST hotel stays ever. I went to view the room and take snacks for my daughters before they arrived in town and the headboard was falling on one of the beds, te bathroom was not clean, the fridge was smelly and not clean, and the furniture was raggedy. I went and asked to be put in another room because I didn’t want my daughters in that room, HOWEVER, the next room was no better but the headboard wasn’t falling. “Residence Inn was very easy check-in. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Renovations were in process. Dishwasher was never bolted in so couldn't use. Even after calling maintance. They never showed up.”
