“Great option close to south shore line East Chicago station. Staff were all great especially the breakfast attendants. They were very friendly and had a great selection of cold and hot food. Room was in good shape and clean other a than a few stains in the carpet. Bathroom was in good shape. You can tell this hotel is well managed and is a great economical option for visiting Chicago from the east. I would stay again. ”

“Our family stayed at this property for almost two weeks. The property was clean and was taken care of. The hospitality crew were incredible and checked on us with whatever we needed. The breakfast items were available even when we were running late before Ms. Doretha closed. The taco happy hour in the afternoon was a hit for my kids. Anne had suggested more activities for the kids. Overall, I was happy with our stay and will definitely stay again!”

“The desk staff were very friendly. Maria, who on duty when we arrived took the time to jcome to our room to help us use the TV remote and was even more helpful solving the issue had with logging onto the hotel's wifi. My two complaints is one, not having two elevators, and two, having an ice making machine the second floor in addition to one on the third floor. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay there.”
