“Excellent location within walking distance of light rail (fast to Chicago city center), parks, shopping, and the industry museum. The kitchen was very functional and bathroom was is good order. Beds were made with plenty of pillows. Only negative was some of walls were scuffed up and the washing machine's in another area of the building. If you're taking a car, the street parking can be challenging. Otherwise, very good.”

“Everything was nice per the price. The property is located in very accessible place to all commodities at a few minutes walk. The lift seemed very old and thus made me feel anxious that I may get stuck into it. For this reason, I would use stairs to 3rd floor everytime.”

“This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. The staff were so friendly to us upon check-in and held our bags both at check-in and check-out so we could go explore the city...
