Guest house a South Side

“No staff on site, property will ask for a "refundable" security deposit before sending door access code even after paying through Expedia. After stay they will not respond to request of the refundable security deposit. They rejected 2 request then blocked me.”

“Same complaint that dozens of reviewers have mentioned. No customer service. They respond to texts an hour or two later with unhelpful information. Will not give access code. This is a scam and expedia needs to kick these awful people to the curb.”

“The room situated on the bottom floor was more like a converted closet. The room had a water heater in it behind a curtain that served the whole house. The walls and ceiling were not sealed on one side above the bed... around the light fixture, pipes going through walls... Only thing going for it was that it was clean.”
