“La struttura è sicuramente una delle migliori della zona di Chinatown. L’albergo è pulito e ben tenuto a 300 metri dalla fermata Red della metropolitana (3/4 fermate dal Loop). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. I dintorni non sono il massimo e occorre prendere i mezzi per arrivare al centro ”

“The General Manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. But upon my arrival, and throughout my stay, the rest of the staff (except for one male part-time front desk clerk) were all professional, polite, and efficient. I had specifically told the hotel ahead of time that I would need my room refrigerator empty and ready to use. Unfortunately, I found that it was NOT cooling properly. I reported it, and the engineer came when I called at 7AM (so my day was not interrupted) and swapped-it-out. ...

“Absolutely loved the hotel and it would have been a perfect stay, however, was unable to leave the hotel due to the smoke coming in from the fires in Canada. Everyone I met at the hotel was helpful and friendly. I did ask for an accessible room as I was using an electric wheelchair but the door was very heavy and hard to open by myself. Other than that my room was great. I would definitely stay there again. There was a breakfast but I only grabbed some juice.”
