“The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”

“The location was very convenient, close to a shopping mall and bus transport. It also had a very lovely lake view. The unit, however, was rather tired and needs an upgrade with very old fixtures and fittings.”

“The property is older but well maintained. Nice location. Gym is good, pool area is lovely.”

“The staff are amazing very nice people. The location was excellent. The parking was easy that they gave us except one small problem which was the cleaning. The room wasn’t as clean as we would like when we moved in and when they came to clean halfway through our stay, they still didn’t clean properly. Didn’t vacuum came in clean the bathroom lots of dust everywhere and the beautiful big windows were filthy. That was my only problem. The cleaners didn’t do quite a good enough job.”

“The suite was nice and had a great ocean view. Good location with heaps of shops and restaurants in close proximity. Maybe just make the listings on expedia a bit more clear regarding whether or not the rooms come with house keeping services.”

“Upon getting to the location, the host canceled our reservation, leaving us nowhere to stay and giving us no help that was a total nightmare I believe there should be some compensation besides refunding my money I will never ever tell anyone to book through Vrbo”
