“Very clean rooms and staff was very helpful and friendly. ”

“Friendly staff, there was no parking space and they offered an actual solution and did not charge me for parking (I thought it was weird to charge for parking anyway). They were undergoing renovations, not too bad. Super close to the Aquarium and USS Lexington ”

“The building is an older building, definitely doesn’t look like the pictures when picking a room. The room carpet, tubs and accessories are old and look like they haven’t been changed in years. The water was shut off while my wife was showering which only took a few minutes to be turned back on but was still annoyed with it. They also charge a parking fee which might be in the details but I didn’t see it when booking. ”

“I booked two suites - each room was suppose to have its own bedroom and living room. I did this because I have a 17 year old autistic son and an 18 year old daughter and a 72 year old mother. Each person needed their own space. Instead we got two rooms - with only one king size bed. They brought in roller beds. Those roller beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on - I had to sleep on it because the roller bed was small and my son is 6 ft. They overcharged me for parking - woke me up with a call...

“The location is great. But the room and the overall building are very old and outdated. Room is a good size, but not clean. Stain marks on the bed skirt. Part of the building seemed to be falling apart. I am amazed that it is still operating. Won't stay again. ”

“It was okay for the price no complaints staff was nice tv, fridge, water worked, some of the lightbulbs were out but overall it was worth the price.”

“The 3 story building is a little aged, and has no working elevator. That said, the room was perfect for my overnight stay. As an added bonus, this has to be one of the last hotels to offer smoking rooms. Being one block from the beach was very nice, and the view for sun rise was beautiful. ”

“The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty ”
