“They were very accomodating and moved us rooms for my comfort ”

“Clean rooms, friendly staff, quite a few eating spots nearby. Only complaint would be that breakfast is not free. You have to pay for breakfast but overall 10/10”

“As far as staff goes not very welcoming at front desk but the cooks at breakfast made up for it,nothing but cheery humming and big smiles to everyone. Unfortunately the pool was dirty when we came and we hoped to use it on a hot day.Other than that our stay was overall swell 4 star!”

“Clean room, parking was good but calling at 11:01 saying check out is at 11 is crazy. Not even an 5 star hotel will do that. Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved it’s a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05. Other than making sure you leave at 11am sharp place wasn’t too bad especially by the hospital which we needed. ”

“Very nice front desk people and easy check in. They both were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and I felt very safe there with all of the outside lighting. I brought my dog with me and thankfully there was a pet area very close to my room. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you both for being very kind. ”

“The pictures online are definitely not what the property looks like. I had my assistant call and make a reservation and confirm the reservation requesting a room in the 3rd floor. That wasn’t granted, the room was in the first floor; the hallway stuck so badly if wet carpet and trash; the clerk blamed it on sun light coming in which didn’t make any sense. The room. Was just as dingy and rub down, carpet had all kinds of stains in it. The drain in the sink was missing so it was letting bad air...

“Property felt ok for pets .Rooms were dirty,there were no pillow cases in the pillows no shampoo or soap then the lady said we have to ask for them before we go in the room ,also there was a giant police camera outside which made me think that place was not safe .kept waking up every 3 hours thinking someone was gonna steal my car do not recommend the hostess was rude and made it seem it was my fault for not asking for pillow cases and soap and shampoo rooms were not clean or broomed and i saw a...

“So I book a room for 1 night Feb 21 and 22 and I didn’t know abt the check in time I thought I can still check in on Feb 22 but when I arrived the front desk said “you have to check in AT 3pm” and now my family have to sleep on the car because we only need to sleep until 9am but they said they gonna charge me $70 for the room, $30 for I don’t know and $50 the deposit, so $150 in total just for 3 hours. I thought if I book for Feb 21 and Feb 22 and I can still check in on Feb 22. And also they...

“Room were nice clean and neat also bed are comfortable. It was close to hospital and many restaurants close by . Staff was very nice and helpful. ”
