“They didn't have the room we booked with double queen beds and instead gave us a room with living room and bed couch which is not comfortable. They did give us another bed upon request but what I didn’t like is that he said the system had overbooked the rooms”

“We wouldn’t stay here again. The room was just okay :/ The shower had lukewarm water at best, showers were cold and uncomfortable. Breakfast was disgusting. The eggs tasted like the pan they had been cooked in. They were inedible and extremely greasy. The bedroom linens were very obviously stained. The room was pleasantly cool but humid and sticky if that makes any sense. Location was good.”

We come to SA often so this is going to be our first choice for stays. We had been on a road trip for 6 days and this was our final stop. Literally the best place we stayed.”

When we got to our room there were old clothes from previous guest in the drawers…on top of that we needed clean towels and they had nothing available. The worst part to say though is that there were some very suspicious people walking around and peeping through my truck window-I’m not sure if they were even guests. First room which I booked the A/C was not working (carpet had visible bad stains) and the clerk quickly assisted and got me into a new room. But even the new room's carpet was badly stained, and in addition was wet from the refrigerator leaking which was also damaging the furniture. “The rooms had several roaches, the pool was only clean once and never covered during my stay and had bugs, cigarette butts, and other paraphernalia around it. It was a hassle to get clean towels and soap. The property itself was rugged and looked worn. The female manager was very rude and short with her explanations. I would never recommend anyone stay there and honestly would like to be partially refunded my money. Just a terrible overall experience”

I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and complained about the same issue with the carpet. In my opinion, if you're going to allow pets, floors should not be carpeted. I have been in other hotels where the floors are tiled and makes cleaning better and odorless. I really like the friendliness, breakfast, clean beds and bathrooms, BUT...
