“Check-in process is a disaster. App is a disaster. I booked (and paid) a clean-up and it wasn’t done. Place is great, location is great Management is terrible. Hope new ownership by Marriott fixes things.”

“Good location. The unit is small, but sufficient for a short stay. The host provided foam ear plugs, but the noise from the street was muted by the A/C. The stairs are steep and narrow, and might present a challenge with heavy or large pieces of luggage. The kitchenette was clean and efficient with a small refrigerator and two burner stove. Overall, I felt the room was acceptable but over-priced.”

“There was a HORRIBLE SMELL of MOLD in our room. There was no one except an operator to help with this, and they did not help at all. Literally a toxic smell. The pillowcases had dirt on them. I took photos when we arrived. The sheets were scratchy, and the towels were extremely cheap and thin. I had to put my pj top over the pillow because of the scratchy linens. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!”

“Our first night the TV did not work and we were not able to adjust the temperature in the room because the thermostat displayed the message "low battery". . So the first night was freezing. They did respond quickly to text but did not repair until the next day. The building is older so its understandable that its not in new condition but we heard the wind howling all night long. The window obviously needs repaired and they attempted to patch the window with a couple pieces of wood. That clearly...
