Case galleggianti a Southend-on-Sea

“Updated Seven Hotel Guest Review Our double room was quite compact, with very little floor space to move around comfortably, and the double‑sized bed felt small too. The television was difficult to operate and did not include streaming services such as Netflix or YouTube, which was disappointing. We also noticed a persistent buzzing noise coming from within the room throughout our stay. Please note the hotel takes a £50 deposit for potential damages on check‑in. “The hotel is very handy. Staff in the restaurant friendly and helpful. The first room n. 308 was very nice but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and nobody could repair it as it was a Sunday. We were moved to another room the day after. Can’t rooms be checked before the customers’ arrival?”

“Central location with a great view. Nice room with en suite, everything very clean, decent breakfast and helpful staff.”

“Molto comodo per chi viaggia da e per aeroporto , in zona non c’è molto , ma è fornito molto bene con un Mc donald di fronte e dei negozi . Nel piano superiore c’è un ristorante è un bar con la visuale della posta dell aeroporto ! Davvero consigliato ”

“Second time I have stayed here, will be coming back again! Room lovely and clean. Breakfast was very nicely cooked and a good sized portion. Staff were very smiley, polite and helpful. They had also made arrangements so I could charge my vehicle too which was a bonus! Many thanks!”

“Apartment was clean and exactly as stated in the advertisement! Only issue we encountered was the front door being locked and on latch at 2am… However the property manager responded within 10 minutes even at 2am in the morning. Excellent service!”

“This is really lovely B&B, it's beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and the staff are really friendly. It's in a great location, with beautiful seaviews, away from the noise of the main seafront area. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. I cannot recommend it enough, we hope to go back very soon.”

“Everything you need and plenty of room. Good location.”

“At the arrival there was a condom wrapper on the steps. We opened the front door and the smell hit us. Flat looked uncleaned; bathroom had stains on the floor and walls. Cobwebs in every room, stains on the walls. Problem with drain in the shower and the smell was terrible. Sofa needs adjusting as the arm rest loose. Carpet dirty, fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Fridge smelt and had brown stains on the glass shelves. Not what I expected nor paid for.”

“What can I say about Frankie's Place other than that it is absolutely picture-perfect! It looks exactly like the photos on the site, if not even better when you see it in person. We only stayed for one night, as the property was already booked for the following night, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and a wonderful place to relax.I would definitely recommend Frankie's Place to my family and friends, and we would certainly love to come back...

“Fantastic ”
