“i stayed here with my cousin to see the poppies on the pier and the fireworks.The room was really good clean and quiet being away from the noisy part of Southend but still on seafront and just 20mins walk was good for us.The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful we spent the eve in the bar and we will def stay there again.A really lovely great little hotel.”

Peccato che nella prenotazione di HOTELS non è stato assolutamente specificato che la camera nostra era una specie di capsule room (penso sui 12 mt), inadatta per due persone e per muoversi con le valigie. “Our stay was fine for the short time we were there as a place to lay our heads but for the price we paid I was a little disappointed. "Una brutta esperienza, ho pagato in hotel il parcheggio, dopo una settimana al rientro in Italia, mi è arrivata la multa dalla società che gestisce il parcheggio tramite l’autonoleggio ma non sono mai riuscito ad avere la ricevuta di pagamento del parcheggio dall’hotel. Ho scritto più volte, sono andato in chat sul sito, ho chiamato l’hotel ho chiesto aiuto a Expedia ma nulla l’hotel non mi ha mai mandato la ricevuta. Risultato 100£ di multa e 30£ di spese da gestione.. veramente POCA SERIETÀ. Aggiungo In hotel manca l’ascensore ma questo è una ulteriore piccola nota negativa. "
