“Struttura meravigliosa, quasi un villaggio a parte non molto distante a piedi dal centro di Banff. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo ristorante per cene e colazioni con porzioni abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Camere favolose, con tutti i confort, bella vista delle montagne, camino vero funzionante che fa molto atmosfera, letti comodissimi e bagno moderno con prodotti Occitane ottimi. Parcheggi comodi davanti alle camere e una fantastica hot tube che non poteva mancare...

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“The hotel definitely doesn’t look fancy, but staff is friendly and helpful, room is clean and has everything I need and the hot tub is nice and relaxing. Room has plenty of plugs, sound proof is nice and they offer milk at the lobby. Thank you for the stay and I’m super happy with every penny I spent!”
