“Filthy bathroom, asked for extra cleaning, and it still was filthy The ice melted and was black from the machines”

“Everytime I am passing through Calgary on the highway I try and stay at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly, its clean and newly renovated. Everything I need for an overnight stay.”

“Great hotel, the only complaint is how clean it was. The room looked great! But once getting in a settled there was food wrappers stuffed between the bed and night stand. The bathroom walls were dirty. The shower and taps had build up that could easily be cleaned away but wasn’t.”

“Older property, not as clean or maintained as should be. Central to downtown though which is convenient (so also rougher neighborhood).”

“Amazing will stay again but the mattress is not great. Needs updating but everything else was amazing. No desk to work at for business but there’s a bar stool at kitchen counter. Location was fantastic. Restaurants stores walking distance. Hopefully the mattresses will get updated. Our actuallly sweated every time you moved!”
